Teaching Assistant Opportunity in SEMH School

We are proud to be supporting a local SEMH school in Grantham, who are looking to add a number of Teaching Assistants to their growing team on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis. The school offers a competitive pay rate of up to £95 per day.

About the Role

The school can accommodate either full-time educators or those that can commit to 2-4 days per week, but must be full days as no morning/afternoon shifts are available. Groups are based on ability, not age, so you could be supporting pupils aged 6-16. Each group consists of no more than 6 pupils, with a minimum of 3 staff members.

  • Thick-skinned and able to handle challenging behaviour
  • Ability to work in a team and support pupils with complex needs
Working Hours

Working hours are 0830 - 1600. The school would like to invite suitable candidates for a meet-and-greet at the earliest opportunity, which will include a tour of the school and meeting the Head Teacher.
