Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Burger King in Carlisle. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maximize profit by driving sales and controlling costs
  • Process stock counts and orders
  • Partner with the Store Manager to set targets for the team
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees, identifying training needs where necessary
  • Take ownership of customer feedback and respond in a timely manner
  • Support the team with preparing food and refreshments
