About the Role
At Barchester Healthcare, we're committed to delivering high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you'll play a crucial role in ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop tailored care plans that cater to each resident's unique requirements.

In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment, administering medicines safely, and making critical clinical decisions. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.

We're looking for someone who is dedicated, compassionate, and possesses excellent communication skills. A good understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, is essential.
