Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, requiring a high level of attention to detail.
  • Job Management: Book jobs from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Import/Export Coordination: Arrange import and export shipments for all modes, including air, sea, road, and courier services. Training will be provided for inexperienced modes.
  • Customs Declarations: Complete export/import declarations on Sequoria (CDS) with precision and accuracy.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Raise and complete export AWBs, source rates, and quote clients for import/export rates.
  • Warehouse Management: Use the WMS to organize pick and pack orders, and assist with warehouse tasks as needed.
  • Customer Service: Respond to general queries from clients, customs, deliveries, and suppliers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Courier Services: Book courier shipments for the UK and worldwide.

Please note that you will be required to assist in the warehouse as and when needed.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous import/export experience of 1-3 years is preferred.
  • IT Skills: Good IT skills are essential for this role.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail is required for accurate data entry and customs declarations.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills are necessary for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
