We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Events Executive to join our team at SALESAMP LIMITED. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our offline marketing events, including conferences, trade shows, and industry gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage event logistics, including booth setups, branding, and event merchandise.
  • Utilize HubSpot to oversee event-related campaigns, including implementing workflows and setting up post-event email nurture sequences.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team and other stakeholders to ensure event preparations are in place.
  • Provide support to the Head of Marketing with various tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media content and graphics, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on additional projects, including market research and campaign analysis.
  • Help create and maintain marketing materials, such as blog posts and case studies, ensuring they are current and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor online mentions of the brand and respond to comments and feedback to maintain the company's online reputation.
  • Assist with updating website content, including news and blog posts, ensuring that all content is optimized for SEO.
  • Help develop, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns, including event invitations and post-event follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Some experience in marketing and/or event management, with the ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Full proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication abilities.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset, able to anticipate needs and solve challenges efficiently.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
  • A passion for events and marketing, with a creative approach and a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with HubSpot is highly desirable.
