**About the Role**

Natwest is seeking a highly skilled Advisory Lead, Correspondent Banking to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Crime department, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and managing the bank's risks related to Correspondent Banking.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Partner with the business, products, and Risk function to develop and implement effective risk management strategies for Correspondent Banking.
  • Drive a culture of intelligent risk management, ensuring that the bank's risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated in a proactive and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to manage Correspondent Banking risks.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on Correspondent Banking risk management best practices.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in risk management, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of Correspondent Banking and financial crime risk management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
