The successful candidates will work on cutting-edge cyber security programmes, ensuring the robustness and reliability of their systems through rigorous automated testing. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to national security initiatives, requiring the highest level of security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure the robustness and reliability of cyber security systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and architecture, ensuring seamless integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution, providing detailed reports and analysis of test results.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and maintaining detailed test documentation.
  • Support the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and effective testing.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Test Automation Engineer in a cyber security environment, with strong proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, with experience in continuous integration tools.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-security environment, with eDV Security Clearance mandatory for this role.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with performance and security testing, with familiarity with network protocols and cyber security concepts.
  • Knowledge of containerisation and orchestration tools, with experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
What's on offer:
  • Day Rate from £600 - £800 per day, outside of IR35.
  • Hybrid / On-Site in Cheltenham when project needed, with long term month contracts.
  • You must hold eDV clearance for these contracts.
