As an Associate Director, you will be part of our Commercial Practice team, working with global healthcare and pharmaceutical clients to unlock the full potential of their brands. You will lead complex research projects, work closely with clients, and stay at the forefront of research techniques and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex research projects, including design, execution, analysis, and delivery of actionable insights.
  • Work closely with clients at the executive level to understand their business challenges and translate them into research objectives and strategic solutions.
  • Design and implement advanced statistical models, surveys, and data collection methodologies to address client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, advancing the company's capabilities and competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Multiple years of experience in qualitative and quantitative primary market research, data analytics, or consulting.
  • Proven expertise in designing and executing complex quantitative research projects, with a strong grasp of survey methodology, statistical modeling, and experimental design.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and develop research solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Track record of contributing to business development efforts, including proposal writing and supporting sales pitches.
