We are seeking a skilled Quarry Operative to contribute to our operations. This role is crucial to the efficient extraction and processing of materials, ensuring the production of essential construction materials that build communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain quarry machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure quality control of materials and adherence to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Load materials, manage supplies, and maintain site cleanliness to ensure efficient operations.
- Act as a responsible person on site in the manager's absence, upholding our company's values and standards.
- Experience in a similar role within the construction materials industry, with a strong understanding of quarry operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach to overcome challenges.
