As a Roadside Rescue Mechanic with The AA, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to our customers in all weathers. You'll be a skilled mechanic with a passion for delivering top-notch repairs and a genuine people person who can reassure and communicate effectively with our customers.

What You'll Do
  • Work independently and as part of a tight-knit team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Drive to different locations in all weathers to provide roadside assistance
  • Use your expertise to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide reassurance
What You'll Need
  • NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with experience
  • A full category B driving licence with 6 points or less
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
