We are looking for a skilled Tractor Maintenance Specialist to join our Peugeot Branch in Kilmarnock. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our fleet of tractors.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills and work with state-of-the-art equipment. You will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks, diagnosing faults, and performing repairs on our tractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair tractors, including routine maintenance tasks and fault diagnosis.
  • Perform repairs and adjustments to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Work closely with other members of the team to ensure smooth operation of the workshop.
What We Offer
  • A salary of £45,000 per annum, based on experience and training.
  • The opportunity to earn up to £10,500 every three years in performance bonuses (terms and conditions apply).
  • All overtime paid at time and a half.
  • A range of benefits, including 33 days annual leave (with room to grow) and flexible hours.
Requirements
  • Experience working with tractors, preferably in a workshop or field setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of machinery and mechanics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to customers and colleagues.
