About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Ecologist to join our team as an Ecologist Advisor. As an Ecologist Advisor, you will be responsible for conducting ecological assessments and surveys, preparing reports and documentation for regulatory compliance, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on projects, and providing expert advice on ecological matters.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct site visits and gather data on wildlife habitats and species.
2. Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports on ecological impacts.
3. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
4. Develop and implement strategies to minimize ecological harm.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Ecology or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in ecological consultancy or similar roles.
3. Strong analytical and communication skills.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including company car allowance, pension scheme, and annual leave. The role is based in Inverness/Scottish Highlands, with regular travel to client sites across the region.
