About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Kerridge Commercial Systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the sale of our rental software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve annual revenue targets for our OnRent product.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and retention.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing and outreach efforts.
  4. Collaborate with our product management and development teams to gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our products remain competitive and relevant.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the rental industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
