Construction Project Supervisor for M&E Facilities

AWE Plc is currently recruiting for a Construction Project Supervisor to be responsible for supporting the delivery phases of construction projects in the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) sector. The role will focus on ensuring that installation works by Contractors are undertaken to appropriate quality standards, including inspecting and verifying site conditions.

The ideal candidate will have suitable technical and site experience within the build environment, with a proven track record in successfully supervising construction work. They will hold an industry-standard qualification, such as NVQ Level 3 or above, and possess relevant certifications like SSSTS and CSCS. Additionally, they should have a good understanding of current construction Health, Safety, and Environmental Legislation/Regulations, particularly CDM 2015 compliance.

In this position, you will assist in maintaining daily Site Diaries, detailing site conditions, progress, and resources available to undertake work activities throughout the construction phase. You will also provide input to Weekly Reports, which include site safety inspections, quality control, inspection & test plans, and defect notices. Furthermore, you will ensure adherence to Statutory and AWE standards, processes, and procedures during construction planning and implementation.
