Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to take on a leadership role within our organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage a team of Engineers and relevant staff to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Production Management and Supply Chain Management.
- Collaborate with Facilities and Maintenance teams to design and implement effective maintenance schedules.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Engineering team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, with the ability to ensure compliance.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations.
