Part Two Architectural Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part Two Architectural Assistant to join our team in Harrogate. As a key member of our architectural practice, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

About Our Architecture Practice

We are a RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice with over 80 years of experience in delivering forward-thinking, inspiring, and high-quality designs across various sectors including residential, education, and healthcare.

We offer a competitive salary package of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience, along with a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality designs and architectural services to clients
  • Collaborate with senior architects and engineers to develop project concepts and deliverables
  • Use Revit and AutoCAD software to create detailed drawings and models
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements:
  • RIBA Part One and Part Two qualifications
  • A minimum of two years of post-Part Two Qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
  • Completion or near-completion of the Part 3 qualification
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
