The role involves teaching secondary-aged pupils and delivering a highly personalised curriculum that fosters self-confidence, independence, and resilience. Our approach focuses on meeting individual needs and realising full potential.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Relevant teaching qualification
  • Experience working within an ASD setting
  • High degree of initiative and sound judgement when working with children and young people
  • Ability to communicate effectively with learners and their parents/carers

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include flexible working, supportive school community, innovative curriculum, employer's pension contribution of 8%, all school holidays plus up to 10 additional days holiday entitlement, Employee Assistance Programme, monthly professional training and development, inset days with a focus on autism best practice and curriculum knowledge and development, career progression routes, and individual CPD opportunities.
