Your Role: As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing support with daily living tasks, personal care, and social activities. You will also work as part of a team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including washing, dressing, and using the bathroom
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and managing medication
  • Support clients with social activities, such as outings and hobbies
  • Work with clients to develop personalized care plans that meet their needs and preferences

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
  • A full UK driving license and your own vehicle
  • Availability to work shifts between 7am and 10pm, including alternate weekends
  • A positive and caring attitude, with the passion to help others
