About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and methodical individual to join our Kitchen Brigade as a Kitchen Porter. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and crockery
  • Following cleaning and maintenance procedures
  • Helping with the laundry for back of house requirements
  • Assisting Chefs
  • Helping with deliveries and restocking
  • Assisting Cleaning Chef stations

Essential Skills

  • Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a busy team
  • Enjoys a busy environment
  • Flexible approach to the working week
  • Methodical and clean worker
  • Enjoys following checklists and takes satisfaction from work
