**About the Role**

We are seeking an Urban Regeneration Specialist to support the development of public spaces in Tower Hamlets. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the programme manager to deliver a portfolio of regeneration projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the initiation and delivery of a portfolio of regeneration projects, initiatives, or schemes from inception to completion. This includes producing regular progress reports for project and senior management, as well as managing consultants and contractors involved in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and deliver a portfolio of regeneration projects, ensuring maximum quality and value to the Council and its stakeholders.
  • Produce and submit regular progress reports for project and senior management, Regeneration Board, and all relevant Council meetings.
  • Manage consultants and contractors involved in project delivery, adhering to LBTH procedures and procurement rules.

The role is a 2-year fixed-term contract. Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum. Location: London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
