Job Description

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to join our team in Loch Lomond. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence in our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence
  • Implement and maintain store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service standards
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to drive business growth and customer loyalty

Requirements

  • 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
  • Background in premium fashion is beneficial
  • Ability to positively impact sales, payroll, and stock loss
  • Proven record of developing talented individuals
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
