Job Description

This role requires a professional with previous experience in delivering sales, service, and product training within a luxury retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and be able to design and deliver engaging training programs that meet the needs of our retail associates.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Service Excellence Ambassador: Inspire and train retail associates to deliver outstanding service and bring the Burberry brand to life.
  2. Training Delivery: Deliver global sales associate retail training program in-store, focusing on service excellence and in-store delivery of brand, product, and service experiences.
  3. Training Champions: Train and oversee the performance of in-store training champions, providing feedback and coaching to ensure they are meeting their objectives.
  4. Onboarding Support: Assist with retail academy onboarding, local face-to-face onboarding, and monitor training and development of new starters throughout the 90-day induction period.
  5. Talent Development: Identify talent and provide feedback on people development opportunities in partnership with the store manager and regional director.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in delivering sales, service, and product training within a luxury retail environment.
  • Awareness of store operations and retail systems.
  • Adult learning qualification advantageous.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Microsoft Office literate (to a high level).
Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
