Academic Language Instructor

We are seeking an English Teacher to join our Northumberland school. The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop their language skills, foster a love for literature, and encourage critical thinking.

• Teach English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening, to students of varying abilities.
• Provide additional support to students who may require extra help or resources.
• Incorporate a variety of teaching methods and materials to cater to different learning styles.

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the community to support student learning and well-being.

• A relevant degree in English, Education, or a related field is essential.
• QTS is required.
• Previous teaching experience in an educational setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various teaching methodologies and assessment strategies.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that respects diversity in the classroom.
