Your Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Deliver full quantity surveying and cost management duties">
  • Provide pre and post-contract advice to clients">
  • Ensure highest quality service delivery to clients">
  • Provide high-quality MEP cost advice on complex projects">
  • Guide, care, and mentor supporting staff">

  • Technical leadership: from providing stakeholders with specialized M&E advice to broadening your legal and technical knowledge and participating in training initiatives">
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of Mechanical and Electrical systems, their associated costs, and/or where such costs can be determined">
  • Demonstrable track record in the successful delivery of MEP cost management services">
  • Ability to advise clients on key MEP cost drivers, project costs, and value engineering">
  • Feasibility and cost planning, procurement advice, tender documentation, and post-contract services">
  • Effective and efficient knowledge of a range of project procurement options">
  • Ability to work with the minimum of supervision">
  • Experienced in client, consultant & contractor-facing roles and working as a member of a busy team">
  • Excellent Communication skills">

You will receive a competitive salary of approximately £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on your experience. As well as a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and private healthcare.
