Manufacturing Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our client's team in the Bloxwich area. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development of an agile, positive, and ambitious manufacturing function that drives growth, development, and improved business performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve manufacturing operations and drive business growth.
- Lead the development and promotion of lean manufacturing techniques, such as 5S, VSM, and TPM, across manufacturing operations.
- Manage and motivate a team of managers to effectively problem-solve and develop their careers.
- Introduce process and procedures across manufacturing lines to enhance manufacturing output and support EBITDA objectives.
- Develop and implement a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and excellence across the manufacturing function.
- Previous experience in a senior-level position, such as Operations Manager, Operations Director, or Plant Manager.
- Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and develop teams.
- Experience of taking manufacturing operations to World Class or Operational Excellence.
- IOSH or Nebosh qualified in Health and Safety.
- Ideal degree-qualified or commensurate experience.
- Basic salary up to circa £80k per annum, with a high-level bonus scheme, company car allowance, private healthcare, double-digit pension, life assurance, flexible and enhanced holiday scheme, and additional benefits.
