Culinary Master

We are recruiting a talented Chef to prepare and serve exceptional food for Defence, contracted to 35 hours per week.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Chef to contribute to the delivery of high-quality food services. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food that exceeds our clients' and customers' expectations.

• Main Responsibilities:
  • Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
  • Overseeing and implementing menu changes
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our food services
  • Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
  • Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
  • Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
  • Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
  • Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
• Requirements:
  • A passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  • Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of culinary best practices
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
