Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough valuations using market knowledge and analytical skills to secure instructions.
  • Foster strong relationships with homeowners, providing expert advice and superior customer service throughout the valuation and sales process.
  • Raise awareness of market trends, local property values, and competitor activity to deliver insightful advice and strategies.
  • Boost market share and support business development objectives while continuing revenue growth.
  • Develop, motivate, and train team members.
  • Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in residential property sales and valuations with a profound understanding of the London market.
  • Superior written and spoken communication skills to build trust and inspire confidence.
  • A self-driven individual with a genuine enthusiasm for real estate and a desire for success.
  • A valid UK driving license (automatic or manual)
