About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst Apprentice to join our team at QA Apprenticeships. As a Business Analyst Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to enable the development of software to support specific projects.
  • Model and document processes to demonstrate opportunities for improvement and highlight gaps between as-is and to-be.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders via workshops, interviews, and job shadows to understand current working practices and identify problems/opportunities for improvement.
  • Support solution design process in terms of business requirements and process improvements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good oral and written communication skills to communicate confidently and clearly to stakeholders at all levels within the organization and external partners.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to be consistently accurate in all aspects of work.
  • A methodical approach with strong analytical skills and ability to spot opportunities for improvement.
  • Solution-focused with strong time management skills and a fast learner.
