Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Brackla, Bridgend. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to two individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and medication administration
  • Support individuals with their personal goals and aspirations
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure a safe and supportive environment
Requirements:
  • Full, manual UK or EU driving licence
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including sleep-in shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
