Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Addition. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with senior tech leaders, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to senior tech leaders to showcase our cybersecurity solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial meeting to finalizing contracts.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales to drive sales strategy and growth.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in 360 sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving £20,000+ in new business per month.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A full driving license is essential.
