About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Regional Finance Leader to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a key member of our leadership, you will drive financial performance and support the Managing Director in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans and budgets for the region, collaborating with other Board members.
  • Ensure accurate and well-managed budgets and monthly forecasts, owning the process from inception to delivery.
  • Review and challenge proposed land acquisitions, focusing on financial assumptions and VAT implications.
  • Lead and manage the Regional finance team, prioritizing accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with the Group Finance Manual and Limits of Authority.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of supporting business growth through strong financial management and commercial expertise.
  • Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
  • An enthusiastic leader and strong team player, capable of operating in a rapidly growing environment.
