Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Development: As Business Development Manager, you'll maximise sales development and business relationships with nominated accounts through face-to-face contact.
  2. Building Relationships: You'll build solid business relationships, develop and maximise sales potential, and work closely with Marketing and Lead Generation to gain market knowledge and further business opportunities.
  3. Regional Team Collaboration: Work within the regional team to hit regional sales targets.
  4. Distributor and Reseller Engagement: Visit top distributors and key resellers to build sales relationships, manage merchandising and product train staff.
  5. Tech Information Presentation: Present technical information and solutions to Architects/Contractors when required, and support negotiation where appropriate.
Your Background and Experience:
  • Face-to-Face Selling/Presenting Experience: Previous experience of face-to-face selling/presenting is required.
  • Construction Materials Experience: Previous experience in construction materials and working with distribution/builders merchants is highly preferred.
  • Sales Target and Customer Centricity: Sales target and customer centric driven.
What You Can Expect:

We offer a competitive salary range £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a genuine team-focused culture that empowers you to succeed.
