Business Development Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Flow Neuroscience. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with clinicians across the UK.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clinicians to introduce them to Flow's innovative depression treatment and demonstrate its potential to improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the NHS and private healthcare sectors.
- Work closely with our clinical team to understand the needs of clinicians and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales efforts.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, with a strong understanding of the UK healthcare market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clinicians and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
