Salary Details

The hourly wage for this position is £13, paid every two weeks.

Job Description

This role requires a strong leader who can guide a team to produce high-quality and sustainable food products in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe workspace, adhering to food safety and health regulations.

You will work closely with the team to ensure that all products meet high standards, and that the workplace remains clean and organized.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to food safety and health regulations
  • Work with the team to ensure that all products meet high standards
  • Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
  • Accurately label products to ensure lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance
Requirements
  • Experience in leading people, building confidence and capability in your team
  • Pride in your work, constantly looking for ways to improve and learn
  • A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations
  • Reliable transportation for commuting to work early in the morning
