Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Strettons, a leading independent firm of property advisors. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a mixed commercial portfolio, reporting directly to clients, and overseeing the maintenance of properties via third-party contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a mixed commercial portfolio, including service charges, landlord & tenant, health and safety, and day-to-day property management.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Liaise with the accounts team on service charges and rent invoicing, end-of-year reconciliation, and financial queries.
  • Oversee the maintenance of properties via third-party contractors, ensuring works are carried out in a cost-effective manner and to a professional standard of workmanship.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of four years' experience in commercial property management.
  • Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
  • Good working knowledge of usual office IT systems (Outlook, Word, Excel).
