Job Opportunity: Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Acorn Recruitment Limited. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages across a planned route to an approved timescale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading parcels from your van (must be able to lift a minimum of 23kg)
  • Delivering packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working with a supportive team to ensure seamless delivery operations
What We Offer:
  • A competitive daily rate of £174.90 per day, depending on the depot
  • Performance bonus and fuel contribution payments
  • Fully paid training days
  • 9-9.5 hour day planned delivery route
  • Weekly pay
  • Free car parking
Requirements:
  • UK or EU driving licence
  • No more than 6 penalty points on your licence and held your licence for more than 1 year
  • Must be over the age of 21 if hiring the vehicle or over 18 if you have your own vehicle
  • Hard-working, motivated, and great at working in a fast-paced environment
