**Job Title:** EC&I Supervisor

**Company Overview:

Morson Talent is seeking a highly skilled EC&I Supervisor to join our team. As an EC&I Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that activities are undertaken to supervise electrical installation/maintenance activities for the MENSA project.

**Salary:** The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Job Description:

The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for establishing the implementation status of the above arrangements and the reporting of such information.

**Responsibilities:

1. Be fully conversant with the project's objectives and requirements.
2. Undertake regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
3. Establish effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

A degree in a relevant field (e.g. electrical engineering) and/or equivalent experience in a supervisory role.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
