About the Role

As a Waiting Ambassador at Hotel Du Vin, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This involves controlling the flow of service, communicating effectively with the kitchen and management team, and ensuring a smooth experience for all.

We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and require individuals who can work a range of shifts and days. Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
