International Delivery Specialist

We're looking for an International Delivery Specialist to join our team and make a real impact on our business. As part of our AUKUS Mobilisation team, you'll play a critical role in delivering PMO artefacts and enabling projects to support the UK and Australia's international collaboration.
About the Role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering PMO artefacts, managing stakeholder expectations, and integrating governance with the MoD. You'll also contribute to developing and implementing project management strategies that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project management strategies that drive business success* Deliver PMO artefacts, including schedules, risk assessments, and cost reports* Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively* Integrate governance with the MoD for international programme delivery* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives* Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful delivery* Analyze project data and provide insights to inform business decisions* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners* Communicate project progress and results to senior management and other stakeholders* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management* Contribute to process improvements and continuous learning* Provide guidance and support to junior team members* Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge*
