Teacher of Excellence in Primary Settings

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic teachers to join our team in successful mainstream primary schools.
Responsibilities:- Foster a positive learning environment by upholding child protection, health, safety, and confidentiality protocols.
- Create engaging lesson plans that meet the EYFS Framework and National Curriculum standards.
- Develop and deliver well-structured lessons that cater to diverse pupil needs.
- Offer regular feedback and encouragement to pupils.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with support staff to enhance teaching practices and improve pupil outcomes.
- Maintain open communication with parents and other stakeholders regarding pupil progress.
- QTS qualification.
- At least one year of teaching experience in a similar setting.
- Expertise in EYFS Framework and National Curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management and ICT skills.
- We are a respected REC member.
