Job Title: Project Cost Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Cost Consultant to join our dynamic London-based team at Cast Consultancy. As a key member of our cost management team, you will be responsible for delivering cost consultancy services for residential developments across the UK.

About the Role:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in the UK construction industry.
  • Ability to undertake day-to-day cost management tasks supporting senior team members across chosen projects.
  • General understanding of cost management services (cost planning, procurement, and post-contract).
  • MRICS qualification or currently undertaking the APC process is preferred.
  • An adaptable individual who can work within a team and autonomously.
  • Good commercial knowledge and strong communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail with an eye for quality and accuracy.
  • High standards of literacy and numeracy.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Demonstrable passion for the Real Estate and Construction Industry.
