We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children\u0027s Home Registered Manager to lead our team in providing high-quality care and support to young people. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents, while also promoting their independence and personal growth.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of care professionals in delivering exceptional care and support to young people.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident.
  • Ensure the home is a safe and welcoming environment for all residents and staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Children\u0027s Home Registered Manager with a strong track record of experience.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Enhanced DBS check and registration with the relevant regulatory bodies.
