We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teaching Associate to join our team at Regent College London. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students in the Health and Social Care programme.

This is a fixed-term contract role, and the successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday with weekend availability. The position requires relocation to North West London, and a DBS check is also necessary as part of the application process.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant subject area and experience in teaching, curriculum development, and quality management in a Higher Education environment. They will be able to communicate complex ideas effectively and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and update class notes and VLEs
  • Set assessments, provide constructive feedback, and identify academic misconduct
  • Ensure student engagement and performance issues are addressed

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant subject area
  • Experience in teaching, curriculum development, and quality management in a Higher Education environment
  • Eligible for Fellow status under the Advanced Higher Education Professional Standards
