We are seeking a skilled Draughtsman Lead to join our team in Frome. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing technical drawings and documentation for our projects.

You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to develop project plans and specifications, ensuring that they meet project requirements and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical drawing skills, with proficiency in CAD software and experience in creating detailed technical drawings and documentation.

We offer a competitive salary of £60K+ per annum, 24 days annual leave + bank holidays, pension scheme, car allowance, laptop, and phone.

In this role, you will provide technical leadership to our draughtsman team, guiding them in the development of high-quality technical drawings and documentation. You will also be responsible for reviewing and approving technical drawings and documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
