Manufacturing Assembly Specialist

Job Description
HPCareers Ltd is recruiting a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician for an international, award-winning client committed to advancing science and technology.
This hands-on role involves working closely with the Production team to assemble and deliver complex RF and electronic assemblies for niche Microwave Radar applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture, wire bond, epoxy, and solder PCB and RF assemblies.
- Maintain production data, records, assessments, and manufacturing paperwork.
- Work to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly production output targets.
- Complete support repair work for customer returns within agreed timescales.
- Contribute to housekeeping and visual management programs.
Requirements
- High level of dexterity and attention to detail; using hand tools, soldering, wire bonding, and silver epoxy mount, and demonstrating ESD compliance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical data.
- Experience in electrical/electronic engineering.
- Managing own material inventory.
- Knowledge of Lean tools.
- IT skills - including Microsoft Office applications.
