Job Description

HPCareers Ltd is recruiting a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician for an international, award-winning client committed to advancing science and technology.

This hands-on role involves working closely with the Production team to assemble and deliver complex RF and electronic assemblies for niche Microwave Radar applications.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manufacture, wire bond, epoxy, and solder PCB and RF assemblies.
  2. Maintain production data, records, assessments, and manufacturing paperwork.
  3. Work to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly production output targets.
  4. Complete support repair work for customer returns within agreed timescales.
  5. Contribute to housekeeping and visual management programs.

Requirements

  1. High level of dexterity and attention to detail; using hand tools, soldering, wire bonding, and silver epoxy mount, and demonstrating ESD compliance.
  2. Ability to read and interpret technical data.
  3. Experience in electrical/electronic engineering.
  4. Managing own material inventory.
  5. Knowledge of Lean tools.
  6. IT skills - including Microsoft Office applications.
