As a member of our infrastructure services team, you will play a key role in designing, deploying, migrating, and managing infrastructure services across a range of technologies. This includes servers, storage, networks, mainframe, AD, SAP Basis, public and private clouds, data center tech, containers, middleware, databases, modern device management, intelligent collaboration, IT asset management, field services, and technical service desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Management: Assist in managing and operating infrastructure services, offering support to the team.
- Strategy Implementation: Contribute to the implementation of infrastructure projects and strategies.
- System Performance: Help maintain infrastructure systems' performance and availability by troubleshooting issues.
- Collaboration: Work with other teams to understand their infrastructure needs and assist in design and implementation.
- Best Practices: Take part in implementing best practices and process enhancements in infrastructure services.
- Documentation: Assist in crafting infrastructure documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.

Requirements:

Desirable Qualifications:
