Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the multidisciplinary team
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the development of clinical policies and guidelines
- Participate in teaching and training of medical students and junior doctors
- Membership or Fellowship of the Royal College of Psychiatrists
- Approved Clinician (AC) status and Section 12 (MHA) approval
- Higher specialist training in psychiatry or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
