Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our ADT brand team. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing Intruder Alarms, Access Systems, CCTV, and Fire Alarm Systems to the relevant industry standards. You will provide exceptional customer service with industry-leading technical knowledge, identifying and rectifying problems before they occur.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships.

  • Service the appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.

  • Ensure time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritized correctly.

  • Correctly complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA certificates or checklist as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Experience within the Fire & Security industry.

  • Driving license.

  • Ability to lift and climb ladders.

  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment.
