We are seeking a highly skilled Plumber to join our client, a leading Public Sector Organisation, in Portadown. The successful candidate will have experience in plumbing maintenance and refurbishment of Housing Executive stock.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for undertaking all plumbing work, including bathroom suites, kitchen replacements, and general pipework. They will also perform inspections of plumbing systems and complete tasks outside their trade when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake all plumbing work as necessary in the maintenance and refurbishment of Housing Executive stock.
  • Perform inspections of plumbing systems to identify repair and replace requirements.
  • Complete tasks outside their trade where required for operational purposes.

Requirements:

  • Have successfully completed an apprenticeship in plumbing.
  • Have at least one year's relevant post-apprenticeship experience working in a plumbing environment.
  • Can demonstrate practical knowledge and understanding of current Health and Safety requirements and legislation.
  • A full current driving licence.

Remuneration: £25,194 - £27,334 per annum plus van and fuel card. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
