**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an EA Framework Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of critical construction projects across the UK.

The successful candidate will oversee the application of multiple framework contracts, serving as a key operations contact for staff, strategic delivery partners, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for providing sound advice on framework interpretation, promoting its adoption, and ensuring that teams derive maximum benefits from these arrangements.

The EA Framework Management Team provides region-wide support to all company teams accessing various frameworks and standalone contracts. You will be seen as a champion of effective operational, governance, and framework management, developing excellent relationships internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Deliver projects on time and within budget, achieving a gross margin of at least 38%.
  • Monitor and forecast operational and commercial project performance.
  • Manage procurement, timelines, risk assessments, and project documentation.
  • Maintain detailed site records and ensure compliance with governance structures.
  • Lead reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

About You:

  • Proven experience in operational and framework management, preferably in the Construction (industrial and commercial) background with Civil Engineering experience.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to build trust and foster relationships with stakeholders.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional results.
